This design by Make Architects for a revamped visitor centre at Sherwood Forest has been given planning permission.

“The Tree”, a £50m Big Lottery Fund project, will provide visitor information for the Sherwood area as well as a sustainable technology centre and shops. Edmond Shipway has been appointed project manager for the scheme, which will be put to a television vote in December to see if it goes ahead.
