Bristol-based tool hire company acquires the tool hire business of Devon-based Light Hire for £500,000.
Bristol-based tool hire company Brandon Hire has acquired the tool hire business of Light Hire for £500,000.
The business comprises three branches in Exeter, Exmouth and Okehampton, all in Devon.
This is the eighth acquisition made this year by Brandon Hire and brings its total number of branches in its network to 141.
Commenting on the acquisition, Charles Skinner, Chief Executive, said:
"This acquisition improves our reach in certain parts of Devon and strengthens our market leadership in the county. Having established a national network, we are now looking to make more earnings-enhancing infill acquisitions such as this."
