Internal switch sees Deborah McLaughlin take charge of 500-strong arm

Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure has appointed Deborah McLaughlin as its new managing director of its real estate projects business.

She will lead a 500-strong team, which looks after the delivery of clients’ programmes and projects through project management and design.

McLaughlin was previously head of consultancy GL Hearn’s Manchester office for a year, which Capita acquired for £30m in 2015.

Her promotion comes after it was revealed last week that two Captia directors had left to join consultant Naismiths.
