Stephen Hole will oversee delivery of key projects for the consultant
Real estate and construction consultancy Cast has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Stephen Hole as director.
He will oversee the delivery of key projects for the firm, which is working on residential schemes for the likes of Argent, Auriens and Legal & General, and also contribute to the further development of Cast’s Build to Rent and private sale proposition.
Hole previously spent four years at Faithful + Gould and was most recently an associate director for 12 months, working on projects for Hub Residential and Argent.
He successfully coordinated the firm’s residential projects across the capital and the south-east region, focusing on the Build to Rent and private sale sectors.
