Costain is the lead contractor for the construction of the Bid Boland 2 gas treatment facility.
Costain has been awarded an £880m gas contract in Iran. Costain Oil, Gas and Process is the lead contractor in a joint venture for the Bid Boland 2 gas treatment facility awarded by the National Iranian Gas Company.
Bid Boland gas treatment facility will process up to be 2bn ft3 gas. It is located around 15km from Behbahan City in Khhuzestan province.
The project will be developed in with partners Dragados, Sazeh and Jahanpars. It is expected to take four years to complete.
