Firm named as cost consultant on apartment blocks in 811ha James Law Cybertechture mixed-use scheme

Cyril Sweett has been appointed cost consultant on two residential towers at Jumeirah Village, Dubai.

The buildings, O Tower and J Tower, are part of an 811ha mixed-use scheme that includes flats, offices, shops and restaurants. The developer is James Law Cybertechture.

J Tower (pictured) includes 10 floors of luxury apartments, a club house and a roof terrace with a swimming pool. The 42-storey O Tower is circular and has a wind turbine on its roof.

Construction is due to start next year.
