An EDAW-led consortium is to prepare a regeneration strategy for Stevenage town centre.
The consortium, which includes transport consultant Alan Baxter Associates and property adviser Donaldson, was chosen from five shortlisted firms. The strategy will set a framework for revitalising the town centre, including residential, commercial and retail facilities, and a sustainable transportation system. The project will be funded by Stevenage council and English Partnerships.
