Martin Quinn, who spent nearly 20 years at London developer, starts new role next month

Former Great Portland Estates head of project delivery Martin Quinn is joining Stace as the consultant’s director of commercial workspace.

Quinn left GPE in the spring after nearly two decades at the firm and at the time said he was “hoping to return to the ‘hands on’ delivery of projects, which has always been my passion, rather than overseeing a fantastic development pipeline and team as I have for the last few years at GPE”.

He joins Stace next month and the firm said Quinn’s arrival will “reinforce the consultancy’s commitment to growing its presence in the London commercial office market and expanding its capability to deliver larger, more complex workplace and development projects”.

It said it was targeting growth across new build, cut and carve and major refurbishment projects.

Stace added: “Martin will lead and support project teams across project management and employer’s agent instructions. His role will focus not only on delivering successful outcomes for clients but also on developing the wider team through direct involvement, mentoring and leadership.”

Stace partner Gareth Sinnamon said: “Martin is exceptionally well known and highly respected across the office and commercial property sector. There is a strong alignment between Martin’s ambitions and our own aspirations as a business.”
