Housing association awards ten-year repair and maintenance contract

Housing association Golding Homes has awarded outsourcing giant Mitie a ten-year maintenance contract worth £70m, with the potential to rise to £120m.

Mitie will support the upkeep of the client’s 6,000 properties across Kent.

Peter Griffin, director for social housing at Mitie, said: “At Mitie we’re passionate about working with our customers to develop strategic partnerships that can provide long-term investment in both service infrastructure and assets.

“We’re delighted to be working with Golding Homes and Golding Services to deliver this exciting new contract.”
