The developer wins £100m contract to oversee programme of health services in Befordshire, Milton Keynes and North Herts

Guildhouse has been named private sector party for the £100m South-East Midlands LIFT scheme.

The developer will oversee a 25-year programme of health and care services in Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes and North Hertfordshire.

The first development on the scheme will be a 3,000 m2 'enhanced services centre' at the Bedfordshire Health Village in Bedford. Building work is expected to start in September and will continue for 18 months.

Guildhouse already has a 20-year agreement with PCTs in Norfolk and is on the shortlist for the South West Hants and South Midlands LIFT schemes. It is a subsidiary of Tropus.
