Workers gather round the last concrete bucket at the topping out ceremony of the 3 World Trade Center skyscraper in New York City last week. World Trade Centre developer Larry A. Silverstein was joined by more than 500 construction workers, as well as a host of public officials, business leaders and local community representatives, to celebrate the topping out of the 80-storey skyscraper.
