Two-year extension agreed with Defence Infrastructure Organisation

Interserve has won a £108m two-year extension to look after 106 estates for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation.

The deal extends a seven-year relationship with the organisation formerly known as Defence Estates.

Interserve will provide estate management and construction services in London and the South-east, incorporating over 7,000 buildings.

Facilities include Chelsea Barracks, Horse Guards Parade and Buckingham Palace.

The South East Regional Prime Contract was originally awarded to Interserve in March 2005.
