Contractor will refurbish and remodel 10 floors of London building

ISG has confirmed it has won a £16m job to refurbish and remodel 10 floors of City Tower in London for Great Portland Estates and Starwood Capital.

The contractor will refurbish 80,000 sq ft of office accommodation, as well as upgrading the façade of the 21-storey building.

Building tipped ISG for the job in May.
