BRCK to pay £15m for Kent company HS Jackson

The materials distributor which hit the headlines earlier this year after rebuffing a takeover offer from Bovis owner Atlas Holdings is buying a fencing firm.

Brickability, now renamed BRCK, said it was spending £15m to buy Kent-based HS Jackson which was set up in 1947 and which in its last set of results had a turnover of £41m for the year to September 2025.

Jacksons works across the residential, commercial, industrial and high-security end markets in providing products including security and perimeter fencing, acoustic barriers and access control solutions.
