Housing association Moat has appointed Paul Hackett as its director of development and new business.
Hackett officially joins the company on Monday and will be responsible for Moat's £140m development programme, new initiatives, and sales and corporate marketing.
He joins from Tower Homes where he was director of key worker housing and will be based at Moat's head office in Sevenoaks, Kent, until it relocates to Crossways in Dartford later this summer.
Moat employs 450 people and manages 15,000 homes for rent and shared ownership and is one of the Housing Corporation's development partners.
