Morgan Sindall Investments and its investment partner Equitix have completed a £110m deal to deliver 12 schools across North-west England under the Priority Schools Building Programme.

The North-West Priority Schools Building Programme batch consists of five secondary schools and seven primary schools in Chester, Wigan, Blackpool, Birkenhead, Runcorn, Stockport and Manchester. It is the third batch of schools to reach financial close using the PF2 procurement model.

Morgan Sindall will be responsible for the design and construction of the schools, which will provide facilities for 8,150 pupils. Integral UK will deliver facilities management services.

The schools are due to be handed over between April 2016 and September 2017.
