Architects CZWG and Holder Mathias’ proposal for this £300m leisure resort in South Yorkshire has been granted planning permission.
The 132 ha scheme is a joint venture between developer Oak Holdings and Rotherham council. It will be built on a former coalfield site next to Rother Valley County Park and will include an educational theme park, extreme sports facilities and a hotel.
