The Annual QS Awards have firmly established themselves as a key event in this important sector within the construction industry, rewarding excellence of the specification for buildings, procurement, project management and cost control. Every year Britains QSs oversee £60 billion of investment in construction work. They are the clients' key financial and programme advisors and have a great deal of influence over the appointment of contractors. Now in its Third year, thes awards scheme recognises this fact and shines the spotlight on Britain's best QSs.

Involvement in the Awards as a winner or a finalist bring's widespread industry recognition and could open the door to further work or commissions. Sponsors are offered an excellent opportunity to be linked to the strongest performances in the QS industry. We expect the awards to attract senior industry figureheads including scores of top clients, representatives of Government departments, chief executives of many of the leading contractors and the presidents of all the key professional institutes.
