Developer has six schemes starting on site next year
Developer Related Argent has rejigged its senior leadership team with the arrival of an executive director and appointment of a chief development officer.
Parm Nijjar will join in December as an executive director and head of strategic transactions and partnerships.
He will take a board seat alongside chief executive director Tom Goodall, chairman John Forrester and others. Nijjar joins from real estate investor Kennedy Wilson where he was boss of its real estate investments team.

Meanwhile, Oli Rifkind has also been promoted to chief development officer, having worked on its schemes at Brent Cross and King’s Cross.
Last month, Related Argent, which has six schemes starting on site next year, announced it had teamed up with London developer Derwent to develop a City fringe plot which includes the Moorfields Eye Hospital.
Derwent has been involved with the scheme for nearly four years and appointed AHMM to come up with a masterplan for the site, previously known as City Road Island but which has been renamed Old Street Quarter.
Moorfields is moving to an eye care, research and education centre called Oriel in Camden’s Knowledge Quarter. The £300m scheme, being built by Bouygues, is due to open in 2027.
