Patricia Moore now looking after EMEA as well as UK

Turner & Townsend is expanding the brief of senior figures at its UK leadership team with Patricia Moore now looking after Europe, the Middle East and Africa as well as the UK.

Moore will take on a new position of managing director for EMEA as well as retaining her UK managing director role while Andy Scott will now lead both infrastructure and defence in an expanded remit as managing director for the two areas of the business.

And it said that James Corrigan is moving to the US after 20 years advising clients across major infrastructure programmes in the UK. Corrigan becomes managing director of the US.

Moore said: “Our business goes from strength to strength and these changes both reflect our increased scale across the globe and set us up for the next phase of growth. We are in a strong position in the UK, having evolved our major programmes capability and footprint over several years.

“Across our work, clients are navigating a complex and uncertain environment. Our UK, EMEA-wide and global footprint means that we have a deep understanding of the market so we can manage risk and keep investments on track.”

In its last set of results, the firm, which is majority owned by US real estate giant CBRE, said revenue in the eight months to December 2024 was £1.1bn with pre-tax profit standing at £141m.

The firm has changed its year-end reporting period from April to December. In the year to April 2024, the firm posted an income of £1.5bn with pre-tax profit of £200m.
