Contractor will add a further 29 beds to existing 584 at Princess Royal Universtiy Hospital in Bromley.
Taylor Woodrow has picked up a £3.8m facilities management contract to build and operate a new ward at the Princess Royal University Hospital.
Under the project for the Bromley Hospitals Trust, Taylor Woodrow will add a further 29 beds to the hospital's existing 584.
Taylor Woodrow completed the £120m PFI hospital in 2002. Its facilities management operation will run Princess Royal for another 30 years following the signing of this latest deal.
