Morgan Ashurst, a subsidiary of Morgan Sindall, has been awarded a £9.9m design-and-build contract to construct a three-storey primary care centre for St Paul’s Developments in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

Situated by the Sheffield and South Yorkshire Navigation canal, the 55,000ft2 medical centre will have a glazed entrance atrium and an additional 10,000ft2 of office accommodation, mostly on the top floor. It is due for completion in October next year.
