Wilkinson Eyre Architects has completed a seven-storey office building on Great Pulteney Street, in the Soho Conservation Area. The £9.5m building, for client F&C Property Asset Management, replaces a sixties building and provides more than 3,000m2 of office space. The contractor was Blenheim House Construction and the consultant was Stace.
