Fit out is due to complete next May
ISG has been awarded the contract to fit out 135,000ft2 of office space for specialist bank and asset management company Investec in London’s Square Mile.
Investec, which currently occupies two floors at 30 Gresham Street in the City of London, is expanding into the fourth, fifth and sixth floors, as well as the lower ground floor.
The new fit out, which is expected to finish in May next year, will feature open plan workspace, refreshment hubs and internal meeting and video conference rooms.
