Joint venture between two firms will programme manage £4.9bn development

Dubai Expo 2020

A joint venture between Mace and CH2M Hill has been appointed to programme manage the development of the €6.5bn (£4.9bn) Dubai Trade Centre Jebel Ali development.

The mammoth mixed-use scheme includes the host site for Expo 2020 Dubai and associated residential, hospitality and logistics buildings. Construction will begin in November.
