Former Davis Langdon consultant is an expert in shopping centre and office development and retail investment programmes

Consultant EC Harris has appointed Richard Taylor as partner and head of its commercial sector. 

Taylor joins the firm from Davis Langdon where he led the retail sector across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

He brings extensive knowledge of shopping centre development, office development and retail investment programmes, having completed numerous shopping centres, supermarkets, commercial and mixed use developments including Liverpool One.

At EC Harris Taylor will be responsible for driving the firm’s commercial sector across the world with specific emphasis on shopping centre and office development, investment and management.

Taylor will be taking over from Mark Farmer who will now lead the residential, hotel, sports and leisure sector.
