Framing board with low thermal conductivity

Kingspan Kooltherm K12 Framing Board is designed for insulating timber frame and steel frame wall constructions, and was specified for the Corner House project at New Forest, Lymington, which meets the requirements for level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. The company says Kingspan Kooltherm Framing Board was chosen because of its thermal conductivity, fire performance, green guide rating and product durability, as well as being manufactured in the UK. Kingspan Kooltherm K12 Framing Board provides a thermal conductivity as low as 0.020W/mK and is suitable for both new build and refurbishment projects.
