Largest of three frameworks is £400m agreement with housing association L&Q

Galliford Try has been selected as partner on three affordable housing framework agreements totalling £584m. The frameworks cover London, the south east and eastern regions of England.

The first agreement is a renewal of a £400m housing framework agreement with housing association L&Q. The framework involves ten firms and covers the delivery of the majority of L&Q’s development programme which involves a total of 7,000 new homes across London and the south.

The second framework called Create is valued at £144m and involves Islington & Shoreditch Housing Association, Gallions Housing Association and Newlon Fusion. The agreement comprises the build of properties across London and the south east and involves 11 selected partners.

Galliford has also been selected on a £40m Estuary Housing Association framework which spans four years and covers London and the south east.
