Carpenters Wharf offers ‘transition’ between low-rise sheds and larger new resi, Studio Egret West says

Studio Egret West has completed a new mixed-use development on the site of a former furniture-maker’s business at Fish Island in east London.

Developed by Anderson Group, who was also contractor and QS on the project, the scheme is set to deliver 44 new homes.

MLM Consulting was responsible for the project’s structural work, civil engineering and M&E.
