DuPont Corian has been chosen to form the rainscreen facade for a residential structure designed by Alison Brooks Architects
The architect specified 260m2 of Corian in the Blackberry Ice colour. DuPont Corian achieves category 1 ISO 7892 for impact resistance and has been tested to EN 13501-1 for fire performance. The company says Corian was chosen for the cladding as it offers longevity, versatility, good fire-rating and low maintenance, as well as creating a distinctive, high-performance ventilated facade.
