Images have been released of the redevelopment of the Ramada Complex in Deansgate, Manchester, by developer West Properties
The complex, across two acres of the city centre, will consist of 280,000ft2 of offices and 60,000ft2 of retail space, 250 apartments and a four or five-star hotel. Ian Simpson Architects has designed the scheme, which will also create two streets and an urban square.
