Manchester architect Re|form has been shortlisted to redesign part of a Belgian town
The practice is one of five to design a masterplan for Borsbeek near Antwerp. The proposals include traffic management schemes, a square and events space, 21 apartments, commercial space and four floors of retail. A winner of the competition is likely to be announced in August.
