Firm to build the second phase of South Kilburn’s £600m regeneration project at Bronte and Fielding House

United House has won the £39m contract to build out the second phase of South Kilburn’s £600m regeneration project at Bronte and Fielding House.

Brent council has appointed developer Network Housing Group to develop the £67m second phase of the scheme, with United House winning the £39m contract to build the project,

The demolition of the site is due to begin in October 2013 and the build will then commence immediately.

The project is expected to reach completion in November 2016.

The phase comprises of 126 private properties and 103 rented properties and is designed by architects Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands and Alison Brooks Architects.

The four blocks will create a courtyard of landscaped gardens, together with a new pedestrian link to Kilburn Park Road.
