The technically incorrect way to nail a timber slat to an outside wall
Graduate engineer Jonathon Estabrook sent this image of a man standing on a ladder while wielding a nail gun to secure a couple of timber slats to the outside of the wall.
Estabrook says there was a person inside the building anchoring down the ladder by standing on it.
"At least they must have done a quick moment check to see if the ladder would bend and ensure the guy being the anchor was a heavy enough counter balance," he notes.
