A JV between Arcadis and a Morgan Sindall subsidiary has won an £100m contract with Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust.

Health Innovation Partners (HIP) has signed a deal with the trust to manage the trust’s estate portfolio for up to 25 years.

HIP will be responsible for securing investment for new building and building health centres, hospital buildings and homes.

It is also tasked with creating a “vibrant, appropriate, welcoming environment across all [the trust’s] buildings.”

HIP is comprised of Community Solutions, owned by Morgan Sindall Investments, and Dutch consultancy Arcadis.

The partnership is already working with NHS foundation trusts in the Midlands and south-east London to deliver strategic estates services.
