Scheme is part of wider development being masterminded by Related Argent
The first co-living development at Brent Cross Town in north-west London has received planning approval.
Designed by Assael Architecture, the job will feature 352 rooms and will be operated by DTZ Investors’ co-living brand Folk.
The project forms part of the wider Brent Cross Town regeneration, a 180-acre development led by Related Argent and Barnet council.
Facilities include a gym, podcast studio and co-working spaces while the upper floors include a spa adjoining a landscaped garden.
Assael Exteriors is also working on the scheme along with other consultants including planning firm DP9, project manager Avison Young, structures consultant AKTII as well as multi-disciplinaries Arup and Ramboll.
