Portsmouth council has released this concept design for a landmark community centre.

Architect Househam Henderson has created outline plans for the centre, which will link two communities on either side of Winston Churchill Avenue. The scheme is part of the first phase of the council’s proposals for a major transformation of the Somerstown area. Work on the centre is due to start next autumn.
