Consultant appointed project manager on 80-flat project for older people
Consultant DBK has been appointed project manager on a £16m 80-flat scheme for older people in Poole.
DBK will work with client McCarthy and Stone on the scheme, which will offer 57 assisted living and 23 ‘age exclusive’ homes.
Work is due to start on site early 2014 and first homes will be available mid-2015.
Architect Glenn Howells Associates is leading the design team. Contract tenders will be invited late 2013.
