Engineering giant Grontmij will expand its brand to include two of its UK acquisitions from next month.
Roger Preston & Partners and Whitelaw Turkington will trade under the Dutch brand from February.
Grontmij acquired the building services engineering firm and landscape architect in 2008.
The engineering consultancy is the fourth largest in Europe and employs 11,000 professionals globally.
