According to its official tender award notice, Home Group received 19 applications to join the framework, worth up to £101m.

The 10 successful companies are: Galliford Try; Keepmoat; Bullock Construction of Walsall; Cameron Builders of Gateshead; Esh Property Services of Browburn; Strategic Team Group of Glasshoughton; Southdale of Halifax; Seddon Construction of Stoke-on-Trent; and H T Forrest of Preston.

Home group said it was looking at the feasibility of setting up a 10-year procurement arrangement for new build and maintenance work as a “single package”, but added that the work was at an early “conceptual” stage.
