Scheme will include renovation of the listed building and 109 new homes

Haringey council has given the green light to the refurbishment of this grade II-listed building in north London.

The redevelopment of Tottenham town hall, designed by architect BPTW, will include the renovation of the original building plus 109 new homes built around two courtyards.

The scheme, which will use solar technology, aims to hit level three of the Code for Sustainable homes.

BPTW is working with Newlon Housing Trust and United House on the scheme.
