Knauf AMF has launched the Thermatex Alpha range of ceiling tiles.
Manufactured from wet felt mineral, rather than low-density mineral or glass wool, the tiles are designed to meet particularly rigorous acoustic requirements, such as those in schools. The tiles provides sound absorption class A to BS EN ISO 354 and has a fire protection performance of up to 120 minutes, in accordance with EN 13501-2.
