The unit follows on from the Vort Prometeo HR400, launched last year, which has a heat exchange efficiency of up to 92%.

The main benefit of the HR200 is that the unit’s compact dimensions mean it is small enough to fit into a cupboard space, making it suitable for apartments and smaller houses. It has been developed to meet the Code for Sustainable Homes’ requirements for new private and social housing and is suitable for a kitchen plus up to three additional wet rooms.

The unit extracts from wet rooms and recovers heat for use elsewhere in the home.
