Building membranes specialist Icopal is launching five products at Ecobuild

Therm’X is an insulating radiant barrier and breather membrane with reflective surfaces that can be used to supplement insulation in pitched roofs. EcoActive is a membrane that contains granules that absorb and convert harmful nitrogen oxides, and IcoMoss is a lightweight moss mat green roof system that is also claimed to help reduce airborne pollution (above).

IcoSun is a system that combines recycled polyolefin bituminous waterproof membranes with amorphous silicon PV cells to provide waterproofing for flat roofs together with electricity generation. There is also Monarfloor’s Bridgestop separating wall system that has been approved by Robust Details.
