40 Broadway scheme gets planning permission
Westminster council has awarded a mixed-use scheme designed by Allies and Morrison planning permission.
The development at 40 Broadway, in the Victoria area of central London, incorporates eight storeys of office units covering 10,875m2, seven residential flats, a family house and retail units.
The client for the development is the Great Victoria Partnership, a joint venture between Great Portland Estates and the Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society.
The project manager for the scheme is Buro 4, with engineering by Ramboll Whitbybird and Hilson Moran.
