British Land keeps powder dry ahead of Canada Water decision

Developer now hoping for September decision on planning

British Land is not expected to make any formal appointments to the first phase of its huge Canada Water scheme until it knows whether it has been given planning or not.

The firm had said in May it was targeting a July planning meeting of Southwark council for the first three buildings of the east London development.
