Co-founder and current CEO Simon Toplass moves to executive role elsewhere in group
Procurement specialist Pagabo has brought in a new chief executive with its co-founder moving to an executive role elsewhere at the group.
Current deputy Amman Boughan formally becomes chief executive next week with co-founder Simon Toplass, who helped set up the firm in 2013, moving into an executive founder role for the group.
Boughan joined the business two years ago and was made deputy CEO last September.

Pagabo’s other founding member, Jason Stapley, remains chief procurement officer for the procurement business.
Other promotions include Emma Hesbrook, who is appointed director of procurement operations, while Jonathan Oram becomes category and partnerships director and Karen Carter becomes public sector director.
