Celotex has launched the FR4000 range of foil faced PIR insulation which has gained an “A” rating under the BRE’s Green Guide to Specification, helping it gain credits under the Code for Sustainable Homes

Developed for use in pitched roof, floor and wall applications, the insulation has a lambda value of 0.022W/mK and has Class O fire performance classification that applies across the whole product.

The boards are available in standard dimensions of 1200mm x 2400mm, and in a range of thicknesses from 25mm to 200mm with consistent thermal performance values throughout for easier specification. A sister product, CG4000, is also available in a board size of 1200 x 450mm specifically designed for partial-fill cavity wall applications.
