Universal Aluminium Systems has launched the Unitherm 75 range of casement windows for domestic and light industrial applications

The windows are fully compliant with BS4873 (the specification for aluminium window fabrications) and BS6375 (Part 1) covering air permeability and resistance to both the ingress of water and the effects of high winds.

The outward-opening system can be either internally or externally glazed within a single outer frame. Unitherm 75 offers a choice of square or ovolo frames and sashes in different frame and glazing depths (58.5mm and 75mm and 24mm and 28mm respectively) and either shoot bolt or cockspur locking. A polyamide thermal break facility enhances the system’s energy conservation capabilities, claims the company.
