BDP designed scheme first phase of major redevelopment by Network Rail
Network has submitted this design for the redevelopment of Northampton Station.
Designed by architect BDP the redevelopment consists of a new station, car park, footbridge and platform canopies.
The scheme is intended to improve capacity at the station and provide better facilities for passengers.
The scheme is the first phase of Network Rail’s plans for the station which include building a 20,000m2 commercial scheme on land adjacent to the station at a later date.
